ITINERARY:
DAY
01: CUSCO / MAGUALLANI / QOYLLURRITTY
Departing at 08:00 p.m. arriving at approximately 12.00 p.m.
to the Maguallani village, we will get ready here to
continue the trip on foot to Qoyllorritty which is at 292
Km. from Cusco. Walking Ander the moon light in procesión
together with more than 2000 pilgrims devoted to the Señor
de Qoyllorritty. Around 3:00 am. We’ll arrive to our
campsite where we can relax and sleep.
NOTE.- A horse can be rented on an additional charge.
DAY
02: QOYLLUR RITTY
At 07:00 a.m. Breakfast, afterwards we’ll go to church to
participate in the daily mass that will take approximately
half an hour. Then we’ll start a walk towards the
Qoyllorritty mountain were we will observe all the ancient
rituals and customs at an altitude of 4,800 m.a.s.l. Return
to Qoyllorritty for lunch. Free afternoon to enjoy the
dances and customs. Dinner. Night in tents.
DAY
03: QOYLLUR RITTY - CUSCO
At 07:00 a.m. Breakfast. We’ll appreciate the Pabluchas
descent from the mountain. Return to Maguallani where a bus
will be waiting to take us back to Cusco city. |
