DAY 2: LIMA / ICA ARQUEOLOGICO / NAZCA

We´ll visit the following places: Huaca los Molinos (Ica and Chincha cultures),  Naciente de la Achirana (Inca culture), Huaca Mamacona and Guadalupe (Inca cultures), visit Cerrillos (Paracas culture) , visit Huaca Tacaraca (Ica and Inca cultures).

After this tour we´ll continue to Nazca for rest in a Hotel.

DAY 3: NAZCA / ARCHAEOLOGICAL TOUR IN NAZCA / AREQUIPA

We´ll visit the Nazca´s city, then we´ll continue to know the water ducts of Cantayoc, after that we´ll go to the natural viewpoint for observing the figure The Cloth, next we´ll go to Paredones, its was a administrative center and finally we´ll visit the  Antonini museum.

The tour will be for: 3 hours approx.

In the afternoon we´ll have to continue to Arequipa. Arrival to Arequipa at night. Transfer to the hotel. overnight.

DAY 4: AREQUIPA / CHIVAY

 
We’ll travel behind the whitepeak Chachani to Pampa Cañahua, National Reserve of Aguada Blanca, We’ll appreciate some vicuñas in the wild, typical andean landscape, grass or Andean ichu, shrubs such as Tola, Ccapo or Yareta. Pampa de Tocra. Bofedales and small ponds, birds such as the Kara-Kara or andean hawk, Black Ibis, or Guallatas (Andean geese, ducks, flamingos, vizcachas or wild rabbits. Continuing along the route to Patapampa, viewpoint of the Volcanoes Maximum altitude 4,800 meters nice view of the mountains Ampato, Sabancaya, Hualca Hualca) Colca Valley viewpoint at 12:00 hours approximately we’ll arrive to Chivay. Transfer to hotel, lunch. In the afternoon visit the thermal springs in La Calera.

DAY 5: CHIVAY / CRUZ DEL CONDOR / PUNO

Early morning at 06:30am. We’ll start through the left Colca river bank until Mirador de la Cruz del Condor, depth 1,200 m approx. The majestic flight of the Condor, visiting the typical villages of Yanque and Maca "stone mock up", pre Inca tombs pendants, beautiful costumes of each village, the incredible number of Inca terraces still cultivated with crops such as the andean potatos, corn, quinua. In the afternoon we´ll continue to Puno city. Overnight.

DAY 6: PUNO / COPACABANA / ISLA DEL SOL / PUNO

Departs from Puno at 07:00  hours, journey along the road south around Lake Titicaca, arrival in Kasani - Yunguyo (Peru, Bolivia border), immigration control to continue to Copacabana, boarding our local boat to plow through the lake to the Isla del Sol (1 hour 30 mins.) where we will see emerging the snow-capped mountains of the royal cordillera (range) and Inca terraces. On our return we’ll visit the Church of the Virgen Morena. And we’ll continue to Puno visiting Aymara villages like Pomata and Chucuito.

DAY 7: PUNO / CUSCO

Transfer to Cusco city in tourist transportation the trip will last about 8 hours approx. On route we will visit some places of interest like La Raya, Pucara, Raqchi and Andahuaylillas. Arrival to Cusco. Transfer to the Hotel. Overnight.

DAY 8: CITY TOUR AND COUNTRYSIDE / WIHT OVERNIGHT IN SACRED VALLEY

We´ll visit the following archaeological and religious attractions:

Cathedral.- Religioso colonial monument of an extraordinary artistic value.

Koricancha.- Religious center best known as the “Temple of the Sun” highlights the impressive engineering of the building.
Sacsayhuaman.- Located at 3 Km. From Cusco city, astonishing stone fortress and excelent architecture.

Qenqo.- Ceremonial and ritual centre, where sacrifices were made.

Puca Pucara.- Ancient Tambo (military post), they were located all along the Inca trail.

Tambomachay.- At 7 Km. From Cusco city, Ceremonial centre for worshiping water, well known as “the place of the waters”

Excursión length: Approximately 4 hours. After that we´ll continue to Pisaq. Lunch. Overnight in the Sacred Valley.

DAY 9: PISAQ RUINS / OLLANTAYTAMBO WITH OVERNIGHT IN SACRED VALLEY

In the morning we´ll visit the archaeological group of Pisaq and its market. Lunch on route after that we´ll continue to Ollantaytambo where we will visit the impressive archaeological group and its terraces. Overnight in a Hotel.

DAY 10: SACRED VALLEY / AGUAS CALIENTES /  SACRED VALLEY

Very early departure to Aguas Calientes. The trip takes about one and a half hours from Ollantaytambo. Arrival to Aguas Calientes. Accommodation at the hotel. We’ll climb to the Machupicchu citadel to travel through different locations we will observe the beauty of the temples, shrines and stairways connecting different levels on which the buildings stand. Return to Sacred Valley. Overnight.
