DAY 3: NAZCA / ARCHAEOLOGICAL TOUR IN
NAZCA / AREQUIPA

We´ll visit the Nazca´s
city, then we´ll continue to know the water ducts of
Cantayoc, after that we´ll go to the natural viewpoint for
observing the figure The Cloth, next we´ll go to Paredones,
its was a administrative center and finally we´ll visit the
Antonini museum.
The tour will be for: 3
hours approx.
In the afternoon we´ll
have to continue to Arequipa. Arrival to Arequipa at night.
Transfer to the hotel. overnight.

DAY 4: CITY TOUR AND COUNTRYSIDE / CABANACONDE

Visit to the Santa Catalina monastery, Cathedral, Main
Square, Yanahuara colonial district, church and viewpoint,
Carmen Alto viewpoint, countryside and Misti volcano,
Chachani, and Pichu Pichu, Typical Pre-inca terraces still
been cultivated, the Chilina valley, Sabandia mill, and the
Paucarpata neighbourhood.
Trip to the Cabanaconde village, the trip will take 5 hours.
We’ll exit from the back side of the Chachani. Arrival to
Cabanaconde in the afternoon. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 5: CABANACONDE / LLAHUAR / FURE

Dificulty level: Medium
Physical condition: Good
Breakfast at the hotel, we’ll start the hike through the
canyon passing by the ACHACHIHUA viewpoint from this
place we’ll appreciate part of the trail we will use, we’ll
descend for about 4 hours towards the LLAHUAR
village, where we can have a relaxing bath in the local hot
springs and then lunch. We will continue our trek for a 4
hours period towards the FURE village where we will
stay for the night in a local lodge.
DAY 6: FURE / HUARURO / PACLLA / SANGALLE

After
breakfast we will go to the HUARURO waterfalls, then
return to FURE to pick up our bags and leave to the
PACLLA village and then continue towards SANGALLE
where we will have our lunch and a free time in the
afternoon to have a refreshing bath in the termal springs of
this place. Dinner. Overnight in bungalows.
DAY 7: SANGALLE / CABANACONDE / PUNO
This day we must leave very early in the morning 03:00 AM
hours approx. Accompanied by the stars and a magnificent
dawn in this oasis to climb to the Cabanaconde village for
breakfast and continue the trip towards Cruz del Condor
(optional), Then head to Chivay for our last lunch in a
tourist restaurant and continue to Puno. Arrival to Puno
city. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 8: PUNO / UROS / AMANTANI
Pick
up time around 07:40 AM hours transfer to the Puno harbor,
we’ll be leaving at 08:30AM hours transportation to the Uros
Islands on a motorboat we can appreciate the local fauna in
the Lake Titicaca National Reserve, from the total group of
30 Islands we’ll visit two, build with Totora (a water
bamboo) After a nice ride we’ll head to the Amantani Island
on which we’ll arrive after 3 hours navigating, once we
arrive to the Island the group will be divided into small
groups to settle in the local family houses where you will
stay for the night, lunch, dinner and breakfast for the next
day. Approximately at 15:00 hours. We’ll climb to the top of
the mountain (altitude 4,150masl.), to visit the Pachatata
temple (Father’s Temple), The music and the meals are
prepared in a typical way by the designated families.
DAY 9: AMANTANI / TAQUILE / PUNO

Breakfast.
Departing from the Amantani Island at 09:00AM hours heading
to the Taquile Island the trip in boat will take an hour. In
this Island are the best weavers since ancient Peru. In this
place lives an intact Inca community, we’ll walk to the
higher part of the island for a period of 30 minutes to
arrive to the center of the island where we will stay for
three hours and where we will learn something more about
this impressive island and have our lunch, then we will walk
down through a 500 steps stairway. We will be leaving at
13:00 hours and arrive to the Puno harbor at 16:00 hours.

DAY 10: PUNO / CUSCO
Transfer
to Cusco city in touristic transportation the trip will last
about 8 hours approx. On route we will visit some places of
interest like La Raya, Pucara, Raqchi and Andahuaylillas.

DAY 11: WALKING TOUR ( 5 HOURS
APPROX.)

Visit
the following sites, Cathedral religious colonial
monument with an extraordinary artistic value, we will
continue to observe the 12 angles stone, famous for
the perfect assembly of its corners and sides with the
surrounding stones, we will continue to walk up towards the
San Blas district, known as the "Neighborhood of the
Artists", with narrow streets, many of them very steep
during the Inka was one of the largest in the city also was
habited by the Quechua nobility, this neighborhood has a
church called "Church of San Blas," is the oldest
parish of Cusco, the most feature is that contains an
spectacular pulpit carved in cedar wood, then we will
continue our visit to the Church of San Cristobal,
located in Qolqanpata neighborhood, close to Sacsayhuaman,
is built on what was the palace of Manco Capac. Its
construction began the year 1673 and was a parish for
Indians and local creole. The tower is build of stone but
the church itself is mud. Transfer to your hotel by car.

DAY 12: SACRED
VALLEY

Out of Cusco early to go to Pisac ruins
on the route will make a stop at the lookout watch the
Taray where impressive Sacred Valley of the Incas, finally
arrive at Pisaq where we´ll visit the archaeological group
and its market. Lunch en route, before continuing to
Ollantaytambo where we will visit the impressive
archaeological group and its terraces. Return to Cusco
visiting to the town of Chinchero, rich in culture
and archeology also in this place we`ll can see how the
people dye and weave garments.

DAY 13: CUSCO / MANU
Departure
from Cusco city very early in the morning in one of our
trucks specially prepared for this road. We will pass
through interesting Inter-Andean valleys and picturesque
farmer communities. In the middle of the day we are going to
visit the pre-Inca buried towers of Ninamarca, known as “chullpas”.
After that we will arrive to Paucartambo city, which is a
typical colonial town. It had a lot of importance and it
still conserves it’s flavor.
Continuing our trip we drive up until the Abra of Accjanaco
which is found at 3850 meters over the sea. From this point
we start to go down passing through the cloud forest, which
is an area rich in endemic species as the spectacular
“Andean Bear” (Tremarctos Ornatus) and “The Cook of the
Rock” (The Peruvian National Bird), “Orquis”, “Bromelias”
and “Ferns” etc.
Then in San Pedro we will visit a lek of the “Cook of the
Rock”, in which these birds every morning and afternoon made
during a very interesting dance called “Displays”. After
that we continue our tour until reaching Pilcopata, where we
stop will and spend our first night.
DAY 14: MANU
After
eating our breakfast we continue the tour by bus going
through the high forest arriving to Atalaya which is found
next to Madre de Dios river ( 700 meters over the sea). From
this point we start to go down river in a motorized boat (60
hp). At the riverside we will have the opportunity to see a
lot of bird species such as “Herons”, “Vultures”,
“Cormorants” etc. After some hours we will arrive to our
lodge, where we accommodate and get new water resources to
be able to take an one hour walk through the forest.
With luck in this walk we will have a possibility to see
some Monkeys, Macaws, Toucans so en the way back we will
have a night walking where we can see spiders, lizards,
frogs and tarantulas. After this impressive experience we go
back to the lodge where our delicious dinner is waiting.
DAY 15: MANU

We walk through the
jungle to Teparo River, bringing our food (jungle food). On
the way we will see many different kinds of animals; such as
tapir, collared peccaries, monkeys, coati, macaw’s eagles,
parrots, toucans, medicinal plants, flowers, and the giant
trees of the jungle. On the arrival we will swim in the
river and fishing, After this we have to walk back to the
lodge where we are going to spend the last night. So at
night there is a possibility to look for some Caimans.
DAY 16: MANU /
CUSCO
We
will get up early to visit a parrot clay lick where we can
see three types of macaws, parrots and Parakeets so, after
this we will return to Atalaya by boat where our private bus
will be waiting to take us back to Cusco by the cloud forest
and Paucartambo. We will arrive back in Cusco in the late
afternoon.

DAY 17: CUSCO / AGUAS CALIENTES /

Very early
departure to Aguas Calientes. The trip takes about one and a
half hours from Ollantaytambo and four hours from Cusco. Arrival at Aguas Calientes.
Accommodation at the hotel. This day we’ll climb to the
Machupicchu citadel to travel through different locations we
will observe the beauty of the temples, shrines and
stairways connecting different levels on which the buildings
stand.
DAY 18: AGUAS CALIENTES / OLLANTAYTAMBO / CHINCHERO
/ CUSCO

Day free to
perform other activities such as visiting the Aguas
Calientes museum or enjoy the hot springs.
Note. - The entrance for the hot springs and the
museum are not included.
In the afternoon we’ll board our train back to Ollantaytambo
where a bus will be waiting for us to take us back to Cusco
after visiting the village of Chinchero rich in culture and
tradition, in this place we can see how the people dye
and knit garments.
