IMPORTANT BOOKING
RESERVATION:
To make bookings either for groups or
individual clients, the following information is necessary and must be sent to
us through our booking form and include the following information: FULL NAME as
shown in your passport, PASSPORT NUMBER valid for the date of your trip, ADDRESS
and PHONE NUMBER, actual E-MAIL ADDRESS, NATIONALITY, DATE OF BIRTH; GENRE,
OCCUPATION; ARRIVAL DATES to Perú and/or Cusco AND FLIGHT SCHEDULES; any
medication or dietary restriction; any special interests additional to the
requiered service.
For hotel bookings only please indicate type of room, hotel name, total nights
and if you would have a special personal requirements.
About Payment:
HOW TO BOOK TOURS AND HOTELS:
To make a GROUP booking you must
send a 50% advance payment of the selected tour 90 days before your tour date,
and the balance 45 days before the tour starts.
For INDIVIDUALS, send a 50% advance payment 45 days before your arrival
date and the balance can be paid 15 days before starting the tour.
For hotel bookings ONLY a 70% advance deposit must be made 90 days before your
arrival and the 30% balance 30 days before your check in, this is only for
individual passengers up to 5 participants.
Booking for GROUP this must be made 160 to 120 days before the date of the group
arrival, in order to insure the designated hotel room availability. Otherwise
you’ll be given a similar category hotel. The deposit amounts are as follows:
70% advance payment 160 to 120 days before the arrival and 30% 30 days before
the check in.
TO HAVE IN MIND ABOUT THE INKA TRAIL:
For GROUPS or INDIVIDUALS booking for the Inca Trail, reservations must be made
60 days before starting the tour, but if you wish to make the trek sometime
between June and September please make your reservation 120 days before, because
this period is considered high season.

Viajes will accept cancellations as long as they’re made
with the proper anticipation and the only charge will be
the administration expenses.
For GROUP cancellations must be made 60 days
before starting the tour. A Group is considered starting
6 participants.
For INDIVIDUALS cancellations must be made 30
days before starting the tour. Individuals are
considered up to 5 participants.
In case cancellations are not made during this periods
participant/s will be considered NO SHOW.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CANCELATIONS AND NO SHOWS IN THE
INCA TRAIL BOOKING
If you’ve made a booking for Inca Trail 4d/3n or 2d/1n,
and you want to cancel, you must know that you’ll have
No reimbursement on the following ítems: Inca Trail &
Machupicchu entrance fees, porters entrance, cook,
return train ticket, considering that all of this ítems
are paid once the reservation is confirmed.
Likewise, if you do not show up at the tour starting
date because a flight delay or other reason you’ll be
considered NO SHOW, and no reimbursements will take
place.
